“Tell me a little about yourself”
In my interview days, this was the question I dreaded the most. I never knew where to start and I still don’t. I never want to reduce myself to just one thing. We are all more than just one thing. And everyday we uncover parts of us that we never knew existed.
So here goes…
It’s 3:33 am, I roll out of bed, head to the kitchen, drink a glass of neem and turmeric concoction that I left to sit overnight, followed by another glass of hot water. After that, I eat a banana and hit the shower. 30 minutes later, I’m sitting on my desk ready to read, meditate, map out the day, and eat the frog.
Not all days start at 3:33 am, some start way later….or never get productive at all. I am not perfect, just a human being trying to figure it out the best way I know how.
So yeah, I am a mother, an avid reader, a personal development junkie, a mind enthusiast, a nerd(some people have called me this), deep thinker, curious soul, firm believer in meditation, and soon-to-be a masters graduate in Psychology.
When I am not reading or working, you’ll find me hiding away and communing with nature. A bit of nature trails, basking in the sun, playing in the deep waters, watching the sun set, and playing with my daughter. I’m also a sucker for deep mind-blowing conversations.
I also spend a lot of time reading the great works of people like Gene Schwartz, Bruce Barton, Joe Vitale, Ben settle, Jim Camp, and many more.
I’m passionate about mental health, education, bio-hacking, and seeing a world that is healthy, well-thy, and healed. And I hope that every day in some way, I get to contribute positively towards these aspects.
